COVID SAFE INFORMATION
FOR FOOTS HILL BLUES & ROOTS 2020
Hi there to all of you who are coming to the festival either as punters, Artists, staff, volunteers or stall holders. Below is some really important information that you need to know to keep us all compliant with Covid Safety regulations and keep us safe from illness. We all know the drill by now so none of the below information should be a surprise.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
DO NOT attend the festival if you have any Covid Symptoms for example
- sore throat, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell.
We are happy to refund your ticket if this happens so just send us an email.
GETTING TO FOOTS HILL STATION
Follow the A6 on the way to Charters Towers.
The main thing to remember is that Dingo Park Road is the first left off the Deadman's Gully Bridge, so indicate left when you are about halfway across the bridge. The road is mostly dirt but sealed. Don't go too fast there are kangaroos out there so slow down. We will have signs to guide you and let you know when to turn onto Webb Road and to guide you to the festival site.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Stay in your car and one of our Gate Keepers will take care of you. Be patient as they will need to check your details. We need your details for our contact tracing records. When you arrive your details will be checked and you will be asked for any changes in the information that you gave on your ticket.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU BECOME UNWELL AT THE FESTIVAL

If you are in a group please make sure that there is 1.5m between your group and the next group or individual.
You can bop in your chair but there won't be a dance floor.
There must be 15m between campsites. If you are camping in a group that's ok just make sure there is 15m between you and the next campsite. Our Camping team will help you. They will use your vehicles to create boundaries and mark out the rest.
We will have toilets and showers for you. They will be cleaned regularly and hand sanitisers will be placed around the site. Please remember to keep 1.5m when cuing for loos and showers.
