Hello Friends!

We are only two and a bit months away from the festival. How exciting! Are you making your Crazy Hats????

We are locking in our stall holders and food vendors so look out for your favourites and few new ones.

Tickets are selling well, buy now so you don't miss out!! Overnight camping tickets are now available if you can’t make the whole festival.
Scroll down or go to our Website for tickets & prices.

Can't afford to go? Then consider volunteering. It’s a great way to get to know new people and meet the festival team. You have to be 18 and over and all we ask is for 8 hours (usually 2 x 4 hr shift) in exchange for a weekend ticket! How good is that! Come get involved and walk around the festival, knowing you've helped create an awesome week-end!
Please note, those who've already applied, if you haven't already heard from us you will shortly

Palm Creek Folk Festival is proud to be a family friendly festival. Over the last ten years we have grown our Kids Festival to include not only the Stomp Box Youth Stage but also Cajam Circus who run great workshops and performances for young people. We also have a Kids Parade so the children can show off their themed creations.

We have five stages that offer a variety of music and performances. The Mountain Stage is the main stage that feature bands and also hosts the Vertigals Aerial Silk shows.

The Jam Tin is a nice intimate stage that always packs out the crowds and has become a bit of a favourite of the festival.

The Blackboard Stage is a great place to play your tunes and maybe get together with some muso mates and have a jam. The Songwriting competition is held at this stage so if you want to get writing then this is the place to play your new songs to the judges.

The Homestead is where you will find one of our Festival legends Peter Dymond Ramplin playing his banjo, telling some tales, reciting bush poetry or giving you lessons on how to swing a billy and make damper.

Once again we will delight our audiences with the amazing Woodenbong Fire Show. This years show will be Dr Seuss themed and I’m told that it will be spectacular! Woodenbong Fire Tribe have been delighting our festival audiences for decades. They are pretty much part of the furniture and it wouldn’t be a festival without them.

We offer a multitude of workshops to keep you busy in between bands. They start early in the morning and go all day. Yoga, laughing circles, damper making, circus music and songwriting are just a few of the workshops we have on offer.

Decorating for the festival has commenced, & inline with this years’ theme we’re making some Crazy Hat lanterns.
Two workshops later, and we have the beginnings of a new lantern, & I can’t wait to paint & embellish it!

The Festival Decorating team are still looking for volunteers, especially those who are available to work the Monday & Tuesday of festival week (3rd & 4th of June). If you are able to work off ladders, use zip ties & gaffa tape we’d love to hear from you! decorations@palmcreek.com.au
