Are pets allowed on site?
An absolute NO. From 2013 our insurance and legal obligations prevent us from allowing animals on site. This year, anyone with a pet will be asked to leave the festival without a refund. We know you love your pets, however, we love our festival and want many more in the future.
Can I bring my camper/trailer?
Yes you can but you may be directed on where to park it.
Can I bring a generator?
Ahhh... no. Camping will be cosy so please consider your neighbours.
Is there a bar at the festival?
There is no bar on site. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and consume them responsibly in camp or seated in the main festival area. No open containers are to be carried around in the festival area.
• Palm Creek Folk Festival is a strictly drug-free event. We actively discourage drug use. Any evidence of illegal drugs or drug use will result in immediate forfeiture of entry and eviction from the festival as well as police involvement. If its Illegal off-site, its Illegal onsite.
• Anti-social behaviour is not tolerated. Palm Creek Folk Festival is a family and community event. Please drink responsibly and conduct yourself socially. Any anti-social behaviour will be dealt with by our security staff and may lead to eviction from the festival.
Can I have a fire?
Braziers and small contained fires are allowed, NO GROUND FIRES. If you have a fire it MUST be attended at all times with TWO buckets of water nearby. All current Fire Regulations apply. Please bring your own (very dry) firewood. Wood should not be scavenged from the festival surrounds as it will likely be wet and smoke rather than give off heat and light.
I'm under 18. Can I attend the festival?
If you are under 18 you can only attend the festival as part of a Family ticket or a Youth and Responsible Adult ticket. Only one Youth is allowed per Youth and Responsible Adult ticket.
Are there any powered sites?
There are no powered sites, and generators are not allowed. Please come prepared for a beautiful, true camping experience.
Can we set up early?
You can but you will have to pay additional camping fees. Please keep in mind, that this is a construction site while we are setting up and you need to ensure you’re setting up in designated camping zones.
